Important information relating to your membership, by taking a membership, you are agreeing to these conditions.
The Gym isn't always staffed, however the Gym is monitored by CCTV. Ryfields Village is also covered by CCTV and maintains a 24 hour reception desk and security team. Please ensure you train safely, return equipment to its rightful place after use, be mindful of other users and if you need help, call us on 07868306736.
2. Your membership
You are responsible for managing your own membership online. You can manage your monthly membership yourself by logging in to your account management area via our website. In order to cancel your membership, please log in and cancel. You are not tied to a contract however, we may require 30 days notice from the point of cancellation. Any further payments will be at a pro-rata rate.
3. Your payment details
Your payment will be taken by recurring card payment or direct debit on the date specified when you sign up. Should you change your bank card for any reason, please log in and update your payment details. In the event of a missed payment, the system will continue to reapply until the account is clear.
We ask that you download our App which will provide you with a number of useful tools to help enhance your experience with us. Within this app is a barcode which will enable you to sign in on arrival to the Gym. The app will also tell you how many other members are in so you can best plan your visit so its important you sign in on arrival.
5. Opening hours and access
We are open 6am until 8pm, 7 days a week. Should you require additional access, please ask and we will do what we can. In the event you are unable to access the Gym, please call 07868306736 and we will help.
6. Class booking
We require you to book for all classes & training sessions in the Gym. If you do not book, you may be refused access.
In the event a class is full, you will go on a waiting list and will be notified if a space becomes available.
Should you find yourself unable to attend, please cancel within 12 hours. An automatic £2 charge may be applied to your account for each no show marker / missed class.
